Since

2005

Vietnam-based operating experience built over long-running group programs.

Group history

500+ groups

Experience across group formats that depend on routing, timing, guides, meals, and live ground control.

Operating focus

Custom groups

Leisure, senior, alumni, affinity, food, heritage, and incentive-lite programs where routing and delivery need active control.

Response

24 working hours

For most initial briefs, we respond with a first direction, clarification questions, or a realistic quote timeline. We do not rush complex group quotes when key assumptions are missing.

Who reviews your brief

Your route is reviewed by named regional leads, not a generic booking queue.

Early-stage requests are first read for route logic, group profile, quote assumptions, and whether the program can be operated cleanly before it is sold to the client.

Useful details

What to include in the brief

A short brief is enough to begin. The useful distinction is what has already been promised to the client and what remains flexible.

Group profile

Market, age range, group size, travel month, and comfort level.

Commercial context

Net or commissionable quote preference, budget sensitivity, and whether partner-client relationship boundaries is needed.

Route assumptions

Must-see places, current draft itinerary, preferred duration, and any known constraints.

Group brief form

This form uses Formspree. If the form does not submit, email info@vietnamgroupoperator.com or message us on WhatsApp.

After you send

What happens after you send the brief.

The first reply clarifies whether the route, pace, budget level, and client-facing promise are workable.

1

We read the commercial context

Source market, group profile, budget sensitivity, agent-client boundary, and what has already been promised.

2

We flag route risks

Arrival recovery, hotel moves, long coach days, meals, cruise timing, weather, and local access issues.

3

We ask for missing assumptions

Hotel level, rooming, domestic flights, guide language, dietary notes, inclusions, exclusions, and optional upgrades.

4

We move toward quote or revision

If the route is ready, we quote. If it needs adjustment, we suggest a cleaner version before the proposal hardens.
