Overview

Journey overview

Spend several days across central Saigon and Cholon, moving through markets, civic buildings, temples and wartime sites that show how commerce, faith, colonial planning and 20th-century change overlap across the city.

The group stays in one hotel. Vehicle-supported walks link compact clusters in central Saigon and Chợ Lớn, with midday rest protected in the hottest season.

Route and overnight stops

Four hotel nights allow the group to move between central Saigon and Chợ Lớn while keeping time for older maps or photographs, neighbourhood walks and free time.
