Spend three nights in Hue with time for the Imperial City, a royal tomb and residential culture, then cross Hai Van Pass toward Da Nang and Hoi An.
Two nights in Hoi An allow time for its trading streets, food and craft. A single Da Nang visit can be added along the transfer without crowding the day.
The route gives Hue the larger share because its sites are dispersed and layered; Hoi An then provides a compact, walkable conclusion with optional countryside or Mỹ Sơn depth.
Meet the local team and transfer to the hotel. Keep the evening free for rest or a short riverside orientation walk.
Explore the Imperial City, then choose one royal tomb or the Thien Mu landscape according to the group’s interests and mobility. Vehicle support and a midday break prevent Hue’s dispersed sites from becoming a race.
Move into the Kim Long garden-house area for a pre-arranged visit, tea or meal when a host is available. Continue to a market or local food stop before returning to the hotel with the later afternoon free.
Travel through Lang Co and over Hai Van Pass, with clear rest and photo stops. In Da Nang, choose either the Museum of Cham Sculpture or one coastal stop before continuing to Hoi An for check-in and an evening walk.
Walk through Hoi An’s merchant houses, assembly halls, market streets and riverfront. Groups seeking deeper Cham history can replace part of the town visit with an early excursion to Mỹ Sơn.
Transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang airport according to the onward flight. Late departures may retain independent old-town or beach time, with luggage and room arrangements confirmed in advance.
